HOW WE SHIP

Neil Jeffree Ltd ships to all UK addresses via Royal Mail (inc. Parcel Force), proof of shipping will be retained. Shipping outside of the UK will be standard international shipping via Royal Mail (inc. Parcel Force). If the buyer needs or want to upgrade any service it will be at the buyers expense. Neil Jeffree Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. For further infomation concerning shipping costs please contact Neil Jeffree Ltd via the contact form.


SHIPPING ADDRESS
Buyers are responsible for submitting a shipping address correctly. Neil Jeffree Ltd is not responsible for checking if your address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided Neil Jeffree Ltd will not be able to refund your order unless the item is returned intact. If the item is returned the buyer is responsible for any cost to reship.

Neil Jeffree Ltd is not responsible for custom charges, Neil Jeffree Ltd declares the full value of all items on the customs form and mark it as gift. If you wish Neil Jeffree Ltd to not declare the full value of the item please contact us, contact details are below.

DISPATCH TIMESCALES
Neil Jeffree Ltd will always try to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receipt of order.

All product listed in this store is listed from existing stock. If you want to place an order which will exceed the listed stock levels please contact us, contact details are below, to enquire as to whether the order can be fulfilled.

RETURNS POLICY
Neil Jeffree Ltd operates a full 14-day Returns Policy. If you don't like what you've bought, simply return it within 14 days of receipt, unused and post-paid. Neil Jeffree Ltd will refund the full value of the goods, using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a refund to your credit or debit card). Please note that the cost of the delivery cannot be refunded unless Neil Jeffree Ltd deems the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods you will need to contact Neil Jeffree Ltd, contact details are below, within 5 days of receipt of goods. Once confirmation of breakage is received, via digital photograph, a replacement will be despatched free of charge.
